We have an investment property on a slab that had a bad water leak – scary and serious repair. CB Smith Plumbing did an excellent job advising us to consult with a leak detection company first. After the leak detection company reported back, CB Smith then came out promptly to repair the leak. We were back up with running water within 24 hours of first speaking with them. What a great experience!! Our hot water heater went out and Connie sent her guys out the same day to get us hot water back on. They were on time and very efficient. They sold us straight and said we didn’t need to replace the unit, we could just rebuild it. Very honest and helpful! We opted for a tank- less system and they got it done within 2 days. We love it!! We have an older home but they made it work. Mark provided information along the way and we felt comfortable to ask questions about things we didn’t understand! Just awesome service! Connie is great to talk to on the phone. Scheduled with me and serviceman arrived on time after contacting me in advance. Great service from a capable and pleasant pro. Repaired shower, that I had not been able to fix myself, in a jiffy. Noticed that sink was dripping as well and fixed that too. Quickly diagnosed the cause of the toilet problem, and repaired to better-than-new. Asked about the age of my house, whether I was having a problem with leaks around connections, which I had. He checked my water pressure and found that it was about 40 psi too much. Quick repair and pressure measured in normal range immediately. Now the hose bibs and the washer do not leak and I have had no more garden hose failures.
